We become your tenant. We agree a fair market price for a long term contract of 3-5 years. In return, you are guaranteed a fixed rental income, regardless of property being let out. We specialise in providing contemporary shared living properties, then then the property is let out on a per room basis. We only let out to fully vetted professional tenants. We can assure you that we fully manage the property and the tenants.
